Exciting News – Last Thursday our project with Kaybee Developments at North Luffenham was a finalist at the ProCon awards for The Medium Residential Scheme of the year.
The ProCon awards showcase the best projects in Leicestershire and Rutland, therefore it is a huge achievement to have been a finalist and celebrate amongst other successes.
The development of three luxury homes, also known as ‘Chater Valley View’, used local Lincolnshire limestone and although the homes have their own individualities through different design elements, they are united in their use of the highest quality materials and craftmanship.
Each home has five generous bedrooms and range from 3,500 sq ft to 4,400 sq ft in scale. The scheme utilised many local skilled contractors and artisans from Rutland, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.
A fundamental to all Kaybee Developments projects is creating beautiful, sustainable and energy efficient homes and Chater Valley View is designed with this ethos to the fore. The use of Air Source heat pumps, underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems go over and above current building regulations, creating a home that feels modern, sustainable and comfortable for its future users.
