After several years of working together with Rose Homes (EA) ltd we have obtained planning permission for a small housing development on a rural exception site in the village of Bluntisham. It is a joint venture with Hastoe Housing Association, the leading specialist rural housing association. The scheme will deliver much needed affordable and private housing within the village.
As part of the development proposal, a new footway will be construction along the frontage of the site providing safe access from the village to the Meridian Wood, benefitting the whole village.
